DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Shake well. Wet your hands. Dispense 1 pump into your palm, rub hands together. Massage the oil all over your face and neck. Close your eyes and inhale the scent as you cleanse your skin. Use a warm damp face cloth and cover your face, pressing into your skin to lift impurities and then wipe off excess oil to reveal clean, soft & glowing skin. Continue to focus on your breath as you practice this cleansing routine.

Practice mindfulness in conjunction with a cleansing massage routine, as an act of kindness to self. Use in conjunction with a sensible clean diet, plenty of water, exercise, and daily mindfulness.
