How to Use

Toothpaste - Use a mini spatula or teaspoon to add a pea sized amount of paste to your toothbrush. Wet, then brush, ensuring to reach the teeth, gums and tongue. Paste will lightly foam. Rinse and spit.

Teeth Whitener: Wet your toothbrush bristles then gently dip into the charcoal powder. Brush your teeth gently for five minutes, targeting stained areas. Rinse and spit. Use up to three times a week.
